1. QWhat are these picture plates made of?
2. AVirtually indestructible, non-toxic, dishwasher safe melamine. These Melamine plates have been used in the service industry for over 50 years
3. QWhen and how does my organization get paid?
4. AGenerally it takes six weeks to get most of the picture plate orders to come in after the one-page promotional letter has been passed out. A check will be issued to your organization eight weeks into the fund raiser. Checks will be cut on a bi-monthly basis after the initial eight weeks for later arriving orders.
5. QHow long before the buyer receives their picture plate?
6. AOrders should arrive between 2 and 2.5 weeks form the order date. In most cases it can be quicker, but orders slow up a month before Christmas and Mothers Day. Orders to arrive before Christmas must be in by November 15th.
7. QDo you ship Internationally?
8. ANo. Currently we ship within the Continental United States and Canada. We also ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO Addresses.
9. QHow safe are the picture plates?
10. AOur picture plates comply with all ASTM Standards set down by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as is required by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) including, but not limited to, testing for flammability heavy metals (including lead paint) and more.
11. QWhat is your return policy?
12. AIf you are not happy with the product once it arrives, please mail the product back to FundRaisingFun.org, 5317 Fruitville Rd., PMB #3, Sarasota, FL 34232 within 60 days of your shipping date for a partial refund of $19.95. Since this purchase was a fund raiser, we can only return what we received.
    Due to the individual nature of these picture plates, no return of funds will be issued after 60 days.
13. QShould I pass the flyers out more than once?
14. AYes! The more flyers you pass out, the more partication you'll have. This means more money for your organization.
